ABOUT KIAH TReece
Welcome! I’m a personal finance expert, writer, artist, gardener, and creative entrepreneur dedicated to helping fellow creatives thrive—both artistically and financially.
As a creative, ADHDer, hEDS girlie, and small business owner, I’ve navigated the challenges of balancing creativity with the realities of life and business. I’m driven to build a satisfying and sustainable creative practice that leaves room for joy, wonder, rest, and a healthy dose of boredom.
I believe in making creativity and entrepreneurship accessible, practical, and empowering for artists, and I want to equip you with the tools your creativity needs to flourish. To that end, I love to write about maintaining your finances, building a holistic creative practice, running a small business, staying healthy as an entrepreneur, and navigating life with hidden disabilities.
My studio, Art Vegetable Mineral, captures my mixed and many passions and has become a hub for every facet of my creative world. Whether it’s painting or ceramics, gardening or photography, AVM reflects my daily desire to live in step with my most authentic self.

My Approach to Personal Finance Coaching
I believe financial guidance should help you without creating an additional burden on your valuable time and resources. That’s why I follow any hourly framework rather than selling large packages.
DISCOVERY Call
In our first session, we’ll discuss your current financial situation — what’s going well, what isn’t, and how you’d like your relationship with money to look. I’ll also walk you through my coaching framework and what you can expect from the relationship going forward.
Subsequent Calls
Creating an authentic relationship with money doesn’t happen overnight. And lasting habits can be difficult to form — especially for ADHDers. I’ve created a coaching framework to help you get the most actionable feedback and value from our meetings.
Instead of paying for a large package upfront, you can opt for individual appointments. I find this approach provides support and structure over time while easing any struggles you may have with demand avoidance.
